Our Commitment

XYLEEZ is a modeling content platform where creators share fashion, artistic, and lifestyle content with their audience. We're committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for models and viewers. These guidelines apply to all content and conduct on the Platform.

Zero Tolerance Content

The following content will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any content depicting minors in sexual situations is illegal and strictly prohibited. We report all CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

Non-Consensual Content

"Revenge porn," hidden camera footage, or any content shared without the explicit consent of all depicted individuals.

Bestiality

Content depicting sexual acts with animals.

Prohibited Content

  • Violence and Gore: Graphic violence, torture, or gore
  • Illegal Activities: Drug manufacturing, weapons trafficking, criminal tutorials
  • Hate Speech: Content promoting hate based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or other protected characteristics
  • Harassment: Targeted abuse, doxxing, or stalking
  • Scams and Fraud: Pyramid schemes, phishing, misleading claims
  • Malware: Viruses, keyloggers, or malicious software

Intellectual Property

Only upload content you own or have permission to share:

  • Don't share copyrighted material without authorization
  • Don't use trademarks without permission
  • Respect the intellectual property of other creators

Creator Responsibilities

  • Verify your age and identity before posting
  • Ensure all depicted individuals are consenting adults
  • Maintain records of consent for content featuring others
  • Clearly label content with appropriate pricing
  • Respond professionally to users
  • Keep payout account information current

User Conduct

  • Be respectful in comments and interactions
  • Don't harass creators or other users
  • Don't attempt to circumvent content locks
  • Don't share unlocked content publicly
  • Don't use the Platform for commercial solicitation without authorization

Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce these guidelines:

  • Uploaded content may be scanned for prohibited material
  • User reports are reviewed promptly
  • Accounts may be suspended pending investigation
  • Law enforcement may be notified of illegal content

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

  • Use the "Report" button on content or profiles
  • Email reports@xyleez.com with details
  • For emergencies involving minors, contact law enforcement immediately

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Forfeiture of earnings
  • Legal action
  • Reporting to authorities

We reserve the right to enforce these guidelines at our sole discretion.
